3D Animation
A compilation of work I did for a character animation class at the Savannah College of Art and Design. In this class, we were tasked with animating a character from a rig to express effective character performance. This class helped me to understand how to create solid character performances in 3D animation.
A collection of work I did for another class at the Savannah College of Art and Design, this one a class on understanding the fundamentals of animation more broadly. The exercises I did for this class helped me to grasp the 12 principals of animation, and apply them to my own work. In this video you can see my work in applying these principals, culminating in a "walk cycle with personality" at the end.
A new practice animation. I tried to express character through the posing. I approached this as what a character in a fighting game might do at the beginning of a round, just before the word "FIGHT" appears on-screen.
